A Taste of Tradition for LA’s Firefighters Our mission is simple: to provide LA's firefighters with a meal of uncompromising quality. We were inspired by Lafournette, a legendary French bakery with a 110-year history of perfection. My girlfriend, who grew up enjoying their treats in France, introduced me to their exceptional breads and pastries when they opened in Chicago. Inspired by their commitment to excellence, we've partnered our premium farm-to-table beef with Lafournette's delicious treats. Top quality is a standard great people share. This effort began when I met Bret Steavens from LA Fire Station 5 (8900 Emerson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90045) and learned about his team's tight budget for meals. We immediately offered to supply them with our grass-fed beef from our farm in Plymouth, IN, shipped overnight with dry ice to guarantee freshness. Each delivery also includes farm eggs and neighboring products. We continue to send our butcher block to the LAFD. 📣 Help Us Feed Our Heroes We want to send these high-quality meals more often.
